Rio Mesa's Began signs with UC Davis

More from Water PoloAlicia Began, the Rio Mesa High water polo standout, has signed to play for UC Davis in the 2008-09 school year.
Began, a senior, was a two-time Pacific View League MVP and led the Spartans to a 37-2 league record and three titles.
She scored 330 goals in her four-year career. Began was a two-time ALL-CIF Division IV selection and made the All-Southern California team.
