Manuel and Lupe Segovia of Oxnard are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Jeannette Segovia , to Freddie Garcia.
The bride to be is a 1996 graduate of Rio Mesa High School and graduated from Cal State Northridge with a degree in Child and Adolescent Development. She is currently employed with Bright Horizons Family Solutions as a lead teacher.
The groom-to be is the son of Fred and Teresa Garcia of Atascadero, California. He is a 1997 graduate of Atascadero High School and received a Bachelor of Arts on Psychology from Cal State Channel Islands. He is currently employed at Tri-Counties Regional Center as a service coordinator.
The couple plan an August wedding.
