4 college students win Web award

A team of Moorpark College students has won a state competition with a Web site dedicated to food.

The four students won the 2008 Media Arts Award Competition sponsored by California community colleges. They are Mike Fuller, Ah-young Lee, Kevin Neilsen and Julie Pettit.

More than 450 students entered the competition, which had 14 categories. The awards were presented Thursday in Anaheim.

The Moorpark team won in the area of Web design. Its site, http://www.myfirstscrapbook.com, is called "FOOD — Fundamentals of Oral Delights."
