'Books and Brew' series wraps up year at CLU
California Lutheran University professors are concluding the second year of their free Books and Brew book review and discussion program.
Dr. Christopher Christian, a psychology professor and director of CLU's Community Counseling Services, will review "The Piano Teacher" by Elfriede Jelinek from 4 to 5 p.m. Thursday on the Thousand Oaks campus.
Religion lecturer Dr. Paul Egertson will review "Religious Literacy: What Every American Needs to Know — and Doesn't," by Stephen Prothero, from 4 to 5 p.m. May 1.
