Highlights: Rio Mesa — Danny White won the 200 freestyle (2:01.48) and the 100 breast stroke (1:06.65). Gabriel Ford took first in the 200 medley (2:20.82) and Drake Eschrosani won the diving event with 189.6 points. Pacifica — Cameron Neely took first in the 50 freestyle (22.72) and the 100 freestyle (50.21). Michael Crowley won the 100 butterfly (55.74) and the 100 backstroke (57.44).
Record: Rio Mesa 7-0, 4-0 Pacific View League.

At Thousand Oaks
Highlights: Thousand Oaks — Henly Ko won the 200 free (1:49.65) and the 100 butterfly (57.73), getting a CIF consideration time in the 200 free. Brendan Donohue won the 100 free (51.37) and the 100 backstroke (57.30). Matt Irwin won the 50 free (23.69) and the 100 breast stroke (1:06.44). Newbury Park — Zach Condon and Cameron Hargitai both got CIF consideration times, Condon winning the 200 IM (2:04.69) and Hargitai winning the 500 free (4:58.00).
Record: Thousand Oaks 5-0.

Highlights: Villanova — Taylor Wolfe won the 50 free (23.38) and the 100 butterfly (58.60). Thomas Campane won the 100 free (56.34) and 100 breast stroke (1:08.97).

Highlights: Rio Mesa — Kayleigh Jeffrey won the 200 freestyle (2:07.63) and the 500 freestyle (5:48.64). Brooke Crooks won the 200 medley (2:31.99). Holly Smith took first in diving (138.8 points) and the 100 breast stroke (1:17.49). Rikke Gasner won the 100 freestyle (1:00.23). Pacifica — Kendell Neely won the 500 freestyle (25.03) and the 100 backstroke (1:05.21).
Record: Rio Mesa 7-0, 4-0 Pacific View League.

Highlights: Thousand Oaks — Camille Duckett won the 50 free (24.68) and 500 free (5:07.64) with CIF automatic times. Alex Henley won both the 100 fly (1:00.40) and the 100 breast stroke (1:11.49). Veronica Lin won the 100 backstroke in a CIF consideration time of 1:04.11.

Highlights: Royal — Philip Burks won the triple jump with a county-leading mark of 45 feet, 7 inches, as well as the 200 (23.00 seconds) and long jump (21-812). Grayson Gilliland won the 400 (52.43). Simi Valley — Evan Green won the high jump (6-0). Simi Valley won the 4x400 relay in 3:35.82.

Highlights: Ventura — The Cougars captured their third consecutive Channel League championship. Jon Hooke won the 1,600 (4:28.50). James Ennis won the high jump (6-0).

VENTURA COMPETES AT WSC TOURNAMENT
Highlights: Ventura — Two singles players and three doubles teams all advanced to the round of 16. To qualify for the Southern California Regionals, the players must advance to the quarterfinals. Ventura's Ally Limon advanced by beating Santa Monica's Abbie Zaretski 6-1, 6-0. Sarah Gifford beat Cuesta's Hannah Clampton 6-1, 6-1, to reach the round of 16. Ventura's Krysta Tuazon lost to Santa Monica's Ivette Lopez 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 after beating Cuesta's Lyndsey Loveman 6-2, 6-3 earlier in the day. Ventura's Amber Holman fell to Glendale's Mediea Ajcopian 6-1, 6-1 after beating Hancock's Isabelle Begeux 6-0, 6-2 earlier in the day. Ventura's Katherine McGill lost to Santa Monica's Alisa Olinoba 6-3, 6-4. Ventura's Alissa Ly lost to Zaretsky 4-6, 6-1. In doubles, Ventura's Holman and Tuazon reached the round of 16 by beating the Brady-Guggia team from Hancock 6-4, 6-0. McGill and Ly beat Hancock's team of Begeux-Francis Sanchez 6-3, 6-2 to reach the round of 16. Ventura's top doubles team of Limon and Gifford received a bye into the round of 16.

SCIAC Championships at Claremont
Highlights: Cal Lutheran — Paul Wetterholm was undefeated against La Verne, winning his singles sets 6-0, 6-2 and teaming with Forrest Hunt to win doubles 8-3. The third-seeded Kingsmen face fifth-seeded Pomona-Pitzer today for third place.
