Police arrest 3 after burglary

Santa Paula police Wednesday night arrested three people suspected of auto burglary after they found stolen property in their vehicle, authorities said.

Luz Montejano, 22, Ronald Sotelo, 20, and Jesse Cardoza, 28, were arrested on suspicion of vehicle burglary, possession of stolen property and conspiracy after an officer stopped the car they were riding in for a vehicle code violation at 8:36 p.m., according to the Santa Paula Police Department.

After stopping the vehicle, driven by Montejano, in the 100 block of Dean Drive, police learned that she and Sotelo were on probation and Cardoza had a misdemeanor warrant out for his arrest. During a probation search, they found property that had been reported stolen during a burglary that occurred earlier Wednesday in the 200 block of Beckwith Road, police said.

All three were booked into Ventura County Jail.

Thank you "GOOD GUYS" for arresting the bad guys.
thats three more low lifes off the street.
those boys need to be sent to their rooms(CELLS)until they learn how to obey the law.
lets hope their Judge gives them time out for a couple years.

Luz, the driver, is a female. Could the car also be stolen??? They probably haven't earned an honest dollar in their lives. Lets have photos of these 3 thieves with their parents.

clementine why would you want pictures of their parents? These are adults we are talking about? If your child misbehaves in school should they put you and your kid on blast on the school bulletin board? You make no sense!

I had a wheel stolen off my car last Monday night in my driveway. I wonder? I filed a police report, I assume they would have contacted me if this had anything to do with it.

Is Cardoza from Oxnard? I think I know him.
Not putting down Oxnard but a sincere question!
