Red Cross, YMCA team for health

The American Red Cross of Ventura County will join the Camarillo Family YMCA at the 17th annual YMCA Healthy Kids Day on Saturday, an event that includes activities to encourage families to adopt behaviors that support a healthy lifestyle.

Activities for children and adults will include games, activities, treats, giveaways and educational entertainment.

American Red Cross activities will include brief classes covering a range of subjects in safety education, including first aid; choking prevention; lost and found procedures; and fire, water and transportation safety.
