Local Entrepreneur Leads Class on Empowering Healing Techniques
Karen Anderson, a Somis-based entrepreneur, is leading a two-part teleconference class on Theta Healing Brainwave Concepts, starting April 3.

Fortunately, many are starting to wake up' and realize that life is what we make of it. More specifically, the thoughts that we think are actually creating the reality of our lives.
"We come into life with a full knowingness, instantly knowing what we need in every situation," said Karen Anderson, a Somis-based intuitive advisor and Theta Healing practitioner. "As we go into the world we start to take in these beliefs that aren't always to our greatest benefit."
Anderson suggests that negative thinking, believing we are not worthy, and even gossiping can keep us from achieving our goals. Some of these beliefs have been with us since childhood, and were picked up from our parents or society without us being aware of it.
To help unlock negative beliefs, Anderson is leading a two-part teleconference workshop on "Theta Brainwave Healing Concepts." She says using this one command' technique can reveal thoughts and beliefs that keep one from achieving their highest good.
"(Theta Healing) is a state of doing and undoing of the conscious mind," said Anderson. "In other words, if you don't know some of the thoughts that are so deeply seeded that are generating these (negative) experiences, going into the theta brainwaves enables us to release these beliefs."
Karen says using these empowerment techniques has helped her improve her own life and she is excited about the opportunity to share them with others. The teleconference will be held the next two Thursdays (April 3 and 10), live from 6pm-7:30pm. Attendees can listen live, or tune-in to the recorded archive at their convenience.
