Senior information fair scheduled for Saturday
The Human Services Agency will host a senior information fair with more than 50 vendors on hand to help seniors find out about the many resources, services and products that can enhance the quality of life.
The Elder Health and Wellness Fest will take place from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at 1001 Partridge Drive, in the parking lot next to the Human Services Agency in Ventura.
Seniors can sample free products, sign up for health screenings, register to win door prizes, and see free yoga and memory training demonstrations.
The Elder Health and Wellness Fest is co-sponsored by Shield Healthcare, Scan Health Plan, In-Home Support Services and the Public Authority, and many local organizations specializing in senior care.
