Seminar on cosmetic breast surgery
The latest advances in cosmetic breast surgery and a discussion of the new Federal Drug Administration-approved gel implants will be the focus of a free seminar Tuesday at Community Memorial Hospital.
Dr. Brian Brantner, a Ventura plastic surgeon, will cover various cosmetic procedures, including mastopexy, transumbilical augmentation and liposelection of the breast.
The seminar is from 6 to 8 p.m. in the eighth-floor Nichols Auditorium at the hospital, 147 Brent St. in Ventura.
Brantner has been in private practice for more than 20 years. He is a member of the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is an assistant clinical professor of plastic surgery at the UCLA Medical Center.
