Larwin Company names V.P. of sales, marketing
Encino — Larwin Company, one of California's most prominent home builders, has announced the appointment of Kevin Dibben as vice president of sales and marketing.
A resident of Simi Valley, Dibben brings more than 20 years of sales management and marketing experience to the company.
"The appointment of Kevin Dibben will be of immediate benefit to Larwin Company as we strive to meet the challenges of this difficult new-home market, as well as formulate the policy and practices needed to manage our sales efforts," said Denis Cullumber, president of Larwin Company.

Larwin Company currently has seven new home communities open for sale in Lancaster, Palmdale, La Tuna Canyon, Ventura, and in Orcutt on the Central Coast. Prices range from the mid-$200,000s to the $900,000s. Larwin's newest community of Arroyo Run, a select group of Simi Valley townhomes, is scheduled for a Sept. 29 grand opening with prices beginning in the mid-$400,000s.
