Agent welcomed to Dilbeck Realtors in Westlake

More from Homes StoriesDeon Edwards came to the Dilbeck Realtors Westlake office after spending the beginning of his real estate career with the Dilbeck Sherman Oaks office.
He brought along with him an unrivaled dedication to his clients and makes their best interest his own. As a personal trainer, martial arts instructor and fitness instructor in Sherman Oaks with the Billy Blanks World Training Center for more than 7 years, Edwards established the foundation of his business; dedication, focus, discipline, attention to detail and superior service.
He later partnered with a group of investors and opened a gym in Agoura Hills where his dedication to his craft helped Coyote Fitness (now Agoura Fitness) grow into a Conejo Valley power among fitness clubs within four years.
Edwards loves one on one interaction and working for his clients. He believes in a firm handshake, and then getting the job done. Once asked, "Why do you want to work in real estate?" He replied, "I love working with people. As with fitness or martial arts, I love seeing my clients' reaction when they have reached a goal they have been striving for. I want to see the joy in my clients face when I hand them the keys to their new home."
He lives in Oak Park, is highly active in the community and has maintained a close relationship with clients and friends from his years of fitness.
Highly energetic, resourceful and motivated, Edwards takes joy in working with first time buyers, seasoned sellers, seasoned buyers and those in the luxury home market.
