Offices leased to CIGNA, accountants

The Ventura County office of CB Richard Ellis has closed two office space leases.

At Westlake Plaza Center I, 2801 Townsgate Road, CIGNA signed a long-term lease agreement for a 4,611-square-foot office suite from the property landlord, Duesenberg Investment Co.

CBRE office brokers Tom Dwyer, Michael Slater and Jennifer Rice represented the landlord in the negotiations. The tenant was represented by CBRE Corporate Services.

In Thousand Oaks, accountants Pamela Kelty and Linda Tucker leased a 1,272-square-foot office suite from SIMA Briarwood at 299 W. Hillcrest Drive, Thousand Oaks. The Slater, Dwyer & Rice team represented the landlord. The tenants were represented by Jeff Baum with Mazirow Commercial.

Lee & Associates negotiates leases

Grant Harris and John Ochoa, principals, and Grant Fulkerson, associate in the Lee & Associates' Ventura County office, represented landlord Automoco Corp. in negotiating a five-year lease for a 17,160-square-foot industrial space at 3641 and 3653 Old Conejo Road, Newbury Park. The tenant, Carrier Sales & Distribution LLC, was represented by Bart Reinhard, Joey Sugar, Jay Dick and Bob Boyer of CB Richard Ellis.

Harris, Ochoa and Scott Carper, associate in the Lee & Associates' Ventura County office, represented the landlord in negotiating a five-year lease for a 22,133-square-foot industrial space at 421 S. Lombard St., Oxnard. The tenant, Carrier Sales & Distribution LLC, a distributor of heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment, was represented by Reinhard, Sugar, Dick and Doug Shaw of CB Richard Ellis.

Harris, Ochoa and Carper represented landlord Martin Teitelbaum of Seagate Equity LTD and tenant Dateline Manufacturing Inc. in negotiating a five-year lease for a 4,770-square-foot industrial space at 411 Lombard St.,Units E and F, Oxnard.
