Coldwell Banker Distinctive Properties welcomes John Mowatt and W. Paul Markley to its outstanding sales team in Simi Valley.
Mowatt moved to California 17 years ago from London, England with the highest degrees possible for marketing and sales.
He is a licensed airplane and helicopter pilot and employs those skills to uniquely market homes from the air.

Markley is a 26-year resident of Ventura County where he, with his wife, LeeAnne, are raising three sons.
Since moving to Ventura County in 1982, he has been an active volunteer in the community.
He is well regarded in the real estate community for his friendliness and efficiency.
"Attention to details is my greatest strength," Markley says. "Buying or selling a home can be very stressful and it's important for both parties to know that their Realtor is taking care of all of the behind the scenes tasks.
