More from New Homes
Three separate families living at Bella Vista recently were asked why they love living in the cool climate of Ventura within the innovative community.
Darlene and Anthony Munoz moved from a beautiful home in the Rossmoor section of Los Alamitos where they lived for more than 30 years to Bella Vista in Ventura. "Darlene and I couldn't be more enthused about our new life at Bella Vista," Anthony said. "And, there were so many reasons to move to the Ventura area. Darlene's aging mother lives in Santa Paula, and two of our daughters live in Ventura County. We have eight grandchildren, so everyone wanted us closer."
The Newtons are extremely active, travel a great deal and consider spending time outdoors as part of their wellness plan. "Now that we're both retired, we wanted our lives to be more about health, fun and freedom and less about responsibilities and maintenance. We bike. We hike. We spend time with the kids. And by ourselves. Bella Vista has exceeded our ambitious expectations in every way. What a package," they said.
As beautiful as Rancho Palos Verdes is, Grace Sanders wanted to simplify her life by being closer to shopping, movies, restaurants and the ocean. "I can't remember the last time I bought gas," Sanders said. "I'm driving less and enjoying my life more. Plus I can visit all my new Bella Vista friends using the 11 convenient elevators throughout the community. I shopped all the competition only to discover Bella Vista has no competition."
Fifty single level condominiums are now available for sophisticated active adults (one household member must be at least 55 years of age) who are looking for a high quality lifestyle in an exquisitely appointed home. Bella Vista is an intimate community of attached condominium homes located in an amenity rich environment. The developers selected this site in great part because of its proximity to shopping, restaurants, entertainment and fitness centers.
Important design nuances have been integrated into these homes such as sensibly designed single level plans. Two and three bedroom choices reflect the diverse lifestyles of the owners who will live here. There are 11 elevators throughout the community for easy access to upper levels.
Bella Vista residents will enjoy not only the fully furnished clubhouse, but a verandah, swimming pool and spa plus barbecue and sundeck. Prices start at $374,950.
The sales office is open daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and located at 1708 Tanager Street, No. 104. Take the Victoria Avenue exit from Highway 101 and head north. Turn right on Moon Drive and follow the signs. For more information, call (805) 639-3214.
