Century 21 Rolling Oaks welcomes Feng Shui design team

Glen Scalise, manager of Century 21 Rolling Oaks, is pleased to announce Pat and Sal Sendejas have joined the office as sales associates. They are bringing their experience in Feng Shui, design and architecture to the real estate field to create a dynamic team in residential sales for the Conejo Valley and surrounding areas.

"We are thrilled to have Pat and Sal join our team," Scalise said, "It's an exciting time to be with Century 21 Rolling Oaks as we increase our market presence in the Conejo Valley."

Pat has a passion and extensive skill in Feng Shui and design. Her 25 years experience in running her own design firm, focusing primarily on Feng Shui for the past 10 years, has led her to be featured in the August 2007 issue of Woman's World Magazine, on Color Magic to Make Your Life Happier.

Sal, a retired Los Angeles City Fire Department Captain, helps Pat unite their combined knowledge into helping their real estate clients with a 360-degree approach to home sales and purchasing. The Sendejas' decision to join Century 21 Rolling Oaks sales team was based primarily on the fact that, in Sal's words, "It was just the next step in having the ability to serve our clients better. We feel fortunate to have found an office that provides great support. We have found training and education to be a top priority to Century 21 Rolling Oaks in order to ensure the success of their agents."

Still active and going strong in Web design as well, Pat's recently revised Web site for Feng Shui just received the APEX 2007 award for communication out of 5,000 Web sites. Her 15-page brochure, Three Steps to Improve Money, Health and Relationships with Feng Shui," is available on the Web site: www.fengshui4balance.com.

Scalise says he supports the value of this type of experience in real estate sales "With the importance of staging a home in today's market, Feng Shui is extremely useful to show each home to its maximum potential."

Pat and Sal Sendejas can be reached at 495-0121.
