Halloween shop employee robbed

More from County NewsAn employee of a Ventura Halloween store was robbed late Wednesday night when she went to a local bank to drop off cash from the business.
The woman was walking up to an exterior deposit box at the Bank of America, 2698 Main St., Ventura, about 11:40 p.m. when two men approached and sprayed her with mace or pepper spray, according to a statement from the Ventura Police Department.
The employee struggled with the robbers and tried to chase them, but they escaped after spraying her twice more, police said.
The victim was treated at Community Memorial Hospital and released.
Police ask anyone with information about the crime to call detectives at 339-4394 or make an anonymous call to Crime Stoppers at 385-TALK.
Tipsters who give information leading to an arrest could receive up to $1,000.

Unfortunately we really do not know how we would react to something until were put in that spot. Its hard to think straight .

Maybe it's just part of the story that the three of them invented to cover the employees butt, before they split the cash up. Just a thought.

I hope there were cameras around so these criminals can be caught. I'd like to whip their butt!!!

Every ATM has a camera....yet the drop box's are usually a few feet away it will still video them walking past.
