Harbor Endorses Council Candidates

More from OxnardThe Ventura Harbor Community Council has announced its endorsement of three Ventura City Council Candidates. After one on one interviews and a public forum sponsored by the council, the Board voted to support Lou Cunningham, Doug Halter and Mayor Carl Morehouse.
Each of these candidates scored high on their knowledge, understanding and support of the economic and recreational importance of Ventura Harbor. Ventura Harbor is administered by the Ventura Port District as a special district under the California Department of Boating and Waterways. Commissioners are appointed by the Ventura City Council.
