Agent joins Prudential California Realty in Fillmore

More from Homes StoriesBroker/owner Bob Majorino, management and staff are delighted to welcome veteran agent Diane Torrence to Prudential California Realty's Fillmore office.
She brings a varied skills set to her clientele. With 14 years of design experience, she is a highly proficient home staging specialist. She also has a background as a mortgage broker.
Torrence originally hails from Santa Barbara and has been in the area for 25 years.
She attended Ventura High School and took business courses at Ventura College. She is a resident of Santa Paula.
Community is extremely important to her. She is a current member of the Citizens Corps Group in Santa Paula, which provides an action plan in the event of a disaster.
She also has been selected as the only Realtor in The Heritage Valley Chapter of Business Networking International.
With her motto, "Creating Reality from your Lifetime of Dreams," Torrence enthusiastically represents clients in the Santa Paula/Fillmore area.
