Verizon Building purchased as investment by LBA Realty Inc.

THOUSAND OAKS — Lee Black, executive vice president with NAI Capital, represented LBA Realty,Inc. in the investment purchase of a 261,000 square foot office building (the Verizon Building) located on 22 acres of land at 112 S. Lakeview Canyon Road in Thousand Oaks. The transaction value was not disclosed.
Verizon California Inc. represented itself in the deal.
NAI Capital will handle the leasing of the project for tenants in the 20,000 to 130,000 square foot range. Built by GTE in 1986, the building offers large floor plates and free 4 per 1,000 square foot parking. Surrounded by Lakeview Canyon Road, Thousand Oaks Boulevard and Via Merida, the campus has excess land capacity for the potential additional development of more than 200,000 square feet of new building area.
