While attending Meikai University she visited Cambridge, United Kingdom to participate in a certificate program for the Cambridge International Land Institute, Fitzwillaim College, where she learned Real Estate Markets and Development in Europe.
Ishikawa joined Keller Williams as a result of her host family, in particular Sondra Briggs, who is helping her obtain real estate training in the United States.
Upon completion of her bachelor degree program, she came to the United States to attend University of Washington's Business for International Professional program and obtained a business certificate in 2005. After completing a brief internship program with The Landmark Group, a real estate broker in Seattle, Ishikawa returned to Japan to work as a leasing staff, Web maintainer and property manager.
"I have been training to gain the knowledge and skills to work as a bilingual real estate specialist at Keller Williams," she says. "Through this training, I will be able to assist Japanese individual as well as corporate clients who are interested in the U.S. real estate investment and development. "
