Keller Williams Realtor completes crs technology course

Laurel den Hoed recently returned from Santa Barbara where she completed a highly specialized course in technology for residential real estate conducted by the Council of Residential Specialists of the National Association of Realtors.

This course is one in a series of professional education classes required to qualify for the prestigious Certified Residential Specialist designation.

Segments of the course included acquiring new skills in technology, including the latest advances in PDAs, digital cameras, contact management systems and state of the art marketing techniques for Web sites, e-mail and more.

"I believe that the growing importance of technology in today's residential real estate market is critical for my success in being able to offer superior service to my buyers and sellers," den Hoed said. "This was confirmed by the instructor and materials addressed in this course."

den Hoed attributes her success to her commitment to continuing education in the real estate field. A Realtor since 1994, she is respected by colleagues and clients and regularly writes columns about the real estate market for local papers and professional publications.

Den Hoed currently is affiliated with Keller Williams Realty in Westlake Village, where she is actively involved with the firm's Success Training Program for real estate agents. She specializes in the greater Conejo Valley area.

den Hoed can be reached at 777-7777, or send e-mail to Ldenhoed@KW.com.
