Bravo for Allan Mackins

Allan Mackins, a graduate of Westlake High School and a 3rd year law student at California Western School of Law, was awarded the Lourine W. Twyman Scholarship saturday, November 3. He accepted the award at the Earl B. Gilliam Afro American Bar Association dinner in San Diego. The scholarship is awarded to a second or third year law student who has demonstrated community leadership and a commitment to providing services to under-represented groups. Allan is the son of Susan M. Mackins of Thousand Oaks.
