Halloween a Delight at Ventura College
Every year the Child Development Center shares their little ones with part of the campus when they come up in their strollers and trolleys in full costume and trick or treat at the library, the administration building, the bookstore and a few other lucky spots. Too cute for any additional comments to be necessary, I thought I would share some of the photos of the kids and their folks. At Ventura College, quality child care is always an option. Toddler and preschool programs are available for children ages 2 years through pre-K.The Kinko's Child Development Center, Ventura College is located on campus at the corner of Telegraph Road and West Campus Way, adjacent to the campus pool. Developmental toddler and preschool programs are provided. The Center also serves as a preschool laboratory for college students studying Child Development. The center is open to the public, but students are entitled to priority enrollment. A new waiting list begins each semester as the Ventura College campus schedule comes out. Slots fill fast.Interested parentsare encouraged to get on the waiting list as soon as possible. Brochures are available at the Center or call (805) 648-8930.Assistance in paying child care fees is available to student parents who qualify. Visit the Center or e-mail the director at rdouglas@vcccd.edu.
