CLU Halloween bash featured art and entertainment

The Second Annual California Lutheran University Halloween Festival included a wide variety of entertainment, from lush music to exotic fire dancing.

The free evening featured a fire dancer, stilt walker and Michael Jackson impersonator. Jim Connolly mixed his ethereal voice with a eclectic variety of instruments to create lush soundscapes. Two projectors showed Halloween-themed videos. Costumed partygoers also enjoyed free pumpkin pie.

The Halloween party featured a special display of spooky paintings, but the main attraction was an exhibit of Sean Sobczak's whimsical light sculptures. The illuminated collection of creatures will continue to be displayed through Nov. 27 in the Kwan Fong Gallery of Art and Culture on campus.
