Man arrested after robbery near restaurant
A Ventura man was arrested early Thursday after another man was beaten and robbed outside Denny's Restaurant in Camarillo, authorities said.
Daniel Carmona, 36, was arrested on suspicion of robbery, said Capt. Ross Bonfiglio of the Ventura County Sheriff's Department.
Carmona was booked into Ventura County Jail with bail set at $55,000. He is scheduled to be in court Tuesday.
According to Bonfiglio, deputies responded at 1:53 a.m. to a report of three men fighting outside the restaurant at 1659 E. Daily Drive.
When they arrived, deputies found an unidentified man with head injuries unconscious in the parking lot, Bonfiglio said.
Witnesses said one man had given $20 to the victim, who was intoxicated, and another man took the money and beat the victim severely, the captain said.
The victim regained consciousness after deputies arrived. He was treated for head injuries at St. John's Regional Medical Center in Oxnard.
Based on witnesses' descriptions of the two men involved in the incident, deputies located them in a car in the 400 block of Las Posas Road.

I use to work there. Lot of people come in late at night/close to the weekend. There was an actually fight inside the Denny's. Too bad people don't learn from mistakes of others or they're own.
We have it bad now with violence Stateside.
Overseas different story. Any thug brought up with California thinks he's all that. Go against a Jihad with a turbin brought up for suicide bomb mission.
Then see who's bad. Bring up your own early, teach him right. That dude needed stricter parents.
