HBO From left, Chloe Sevigny, Jeanne Tripplehorn, Ginnifer Goodwin and Bill Paxton return tonight in "Big Love," the HBO series about a man with three wives.

"Law & Order," a 24-hour marathon beginning at 2 this afternoon on TNT: The series is second only to "Gunsmoke" in its number of consecutive seasons on TV, and that gives TNT plenty of reruns from which to choose.

"Girl Interrupted" at 8 on American Movie Classics: Winona Ryder stars as real-life writer Susanna Kaysen in this Oscar-winning 1999 drama based on Kaysen's account of her stay in a mental hospital. The film also stars Angelina Jolie as one of the troubled patients.

"Kyle XY" at 8 on ABC Family (season premiere): The mysterious boy with the missing belly button is back for his second season. When we last saw this surreal series, Kyle (Matt Dallas) had left behind the Trager family and moved in with his so-called "dad" a genetic prototype named Adam Baylin.

"Big Love" at 9 on HBO (season premiere): It's getting more difficult for Bill Henrickson (Bill Pullman) to juggle three wives as the second season begins. The tale of a polygamous family resumes with the members reeling in the wake of Barb's (Jeanne Tripplehorn) humiliating public exposure during a ceremony at the governor's mansion. Meanwhile, Bill's power struggle with Roman intensifies.
