Wednesday, Aug. 1
The 2007 Ventura County Fair begins. Gates open at 11 a.m. at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, Harbor Boulevard and Figueroa Street, Ventura.
Admission: $8 for adults; $5 for children 6-12 and seniors 62 and older; free for children 5 and under and seniors 100 and older.
Dollar Days: $1 admission until 3 p.m.
Motorsports begin at 6 p.m. at Miller Life Grandstand Arena.
No 1 U No performs at 8 and 9:30 p.m. at Bud Light Cantina.
Fair closes at 10 p.m. with a fireworks show.
Thursday, Aug. 2
Gates open at 11 a.m. at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, Harbor Boulevard and Figueroa Street, Ventura.
Admission: $8 for adults; $5 for children 6-12 and seniors 62 and older; free for children 5 and under and seniors 100 and older.
Automobile Club of Southern California Member Discount Day: Show your membership card and save $1 on admission.
Carnival Wristband Days: $25 wristbands sold from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., good for unlimited rides until 7 p.m.
Motorsports at 6 p.m. at Miller Life Grandstand Arena.
Javier Sanronan-Cantante y Compositor performs at 8 and 9:30 p.m. at Bud Light Cantina.
Fair closes at 10 p.m. with a fireworks show.
Friday, Aug. 3
Gates open at 11 a.m. at the Ventura County Fairgrounds, Harbor Boulevard and Figueroa Street, Ventura.
Admission: $8 for adults; $5 for children 6-12 and seniors 62 and older; free for children 5 and under and seniors 100 and older.
Youth Day: Children 12 and younger admitted free.
Tanya Tucker performs at 7:30 p.m. at Miller Lite Grandstand Arena.
Vertigo Blend performs at 8 and 9:30 p.m. at Bud Light Cantina.
Exhibit buildings close at 10 p.m. with a fireworks show, commercial building closes at 11 p.m.

Fair parade begins at 10 a.m. at Main and Coronado streets in Ventura.
Rabbit Showmanship at 10 a.m. in Small Livestock area.
Academic Rodeo from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Youth Expo Stage.
Spelling Bee at 6 p.m. on Youth Expo Stage.
REO Speedwagon performs at 7:30 p.m. at Miller Lite Grandstand Arena.
Man on the Moon Band performs at 8 and 9:30 p.m. at Bud Light Cantina.
Exhibit buildings close at 10 p.m. with a fireworks show, commercial building closes at 11 p.m.

Rabbit and Poultry Costume Contests at 1 p.m. in Small Livestock area.
Horoscopos de Durango, Pablo Montero and Mariachi los Tapatios perform at 3 p.m. at Miller Grandstand Arena.
Nitro Express performs at 8 and 9:30 p.m. at Bud Light Cantina.

Seniors and Persons with Disabilities Day: Senior citizens 62 and older and all handicapped persons admitted free.

Blessing of the Marriage from 10:30 a.m. to noon on Pepsi Community Stage.
