Western Computer receives recognition
Western Computer in Oxnard recently received recognition from Microsoft for outstanding customer commitment and sales achievement, and was named to the Microsoft Dynamic President's Club.
Western Computer provides implementation, training, consultation and development for small, midmarket and corporate businesses using business applications in the United States and globally. It specializes in Microsoft Dynamics NAV, formerly known as Navision, as well as e-commerce integration and mobility solutions.

Financial services manager appointed
Anthony Romero of Ventura has been appointed vice president and financial services manager at Mid-State Bank & Trust's Esplanade Business Center.
Romero oversees the daily operations and personal and commercial lending activities at the bank's office at 300 E. Esplanade Drive, Suite 101, in Oxnard.
Before joining Mid-State Bank & Trust, Romero served as assistant vice president and business development officer for First California Bank and as a business banking specialist for Wells Fargo Bank.
Romero is on the advisory committee for Oxnard College's Educational Assistance Center and serves on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Ventura.
CAMARILLO
CBRE appoints Bright as managing director
Richard Bright, a veteran office broker in Los Angeles, has been appointed to the position of managing director of the Camarillo office.
As the first on-site manager in Camarillo, one of Bright's top priorities will be to grow the office's tenant representation business as it relates to multimarket tenants.
Before joining CB Richard Ellis, Bright was director at Cushman & Wakefield of California, representing clients such as Verizon throughout the Western United States and Genuity worldwide.
