Century 21 Rolling Oaks recognizes veteran agent for 40-plus years of real estate service

For more than 40 years, Chuck Stevenson, sales associate with Century 21 Rolling Oaks, has provided exceptional service for homebuyers and sellers with his professional services, helping them make informed real estate decisions.

Focusing primarily on his home of 25 years, the Conejo Valley and Ventu Park Mobile Home Estates, he is definitely the resident expert in the area. "Chuck has been with us for over 12 years," says Glen Scalise, office manager of Century 21 Rolling Oaks. "The trust and reliability he has cultivated in his farm — Ventu Park Mobile Home Estates — is his most valuable attribute for his past, present and future clientele."

In addition to his real estate career, Stevenson also has dedicated more than 100 free 20th Century Big Band Dance and Musical Shows to Senior Concerns and Amgen Fun Seekers in the name of his late wife and high school sweetheart, Mary Lou Stevenson. "Chuck Stevenson really gets a good party going," says Janet Cox, Program Planner for Senior Concerns, Thousand Oaks. "He somehow always brings the right music. We really love it when he comes."

Amgen Group Senior Concerns Program Lead, Anne Marie, adds, "He is just marvelous to the seniors here. He comes in about four times a month and tells the group all about the music and the artists. We all look forward to him coming."

Stevenson's decision to work with Century 21 Rolling Oaks was based on, in his words, "the wonderful office atmosphere." The owners of Century 21 Rolling Oaks, Scalise, Carl Allen and Ray Molavi, look forward to sharing his friendship for many more years.

Stevenson can be reached at 367-8348.
