Police arrest three in home burglary
Simi Valley police said Friday that three men have been arrested in connection with a home burglary this week.
The men were arrested Thursday afternoon, a little more than a day after they allegedly stole items, including guns and credit cards, from a home in the 1300 block of Hartley Avenue in Simi Valley, said Sgt. David Livingstone.
Several guns and credit cards were recovered, Livingstone said.
Jeremy Ortiz, 21, of Simi Valley was booked into Ventura County Jail on suspicion of burglary, receiving stolen property and fraudulent use of a credit card. He was being held in lieu of $60,000 bail.
Christopher McNabb, 24, of Los Angeles was booked on suspicion of possessing stolen property and was being held in lieu of $15,000 bail.
James Lagarde, 22, of Los Angeles also was booked on suspicion of possessing stolen property, Livingstone said. He was later released.
