Morning Report: Multiple dumpster fires reported in Port Hueneme, Oxnard

More from Other NewsPolice and Fire: Several intentionally lit dumpster fires were reported in Port Hueneme last night and early this morning, authorities said.
One dumpster fire was reported about midnight on Reef Circle and another was reported on Lighthouse Way about 3 a.m.
This is the second time in a little over a month someone has lit several dumpster fires in the city, said Senior Officer Ron Burns.
The fires were extinguished quickly, Burns said. No property was damaged and nobody was injured.
Port Hueneme police had not identified any suspects this morning, he said.
Three dumpster fires were also reported in Oxnard over night, police said.
Traffic: A car reportedly went over the side of the curvy Santa Susana Pass between Simi Valley and Topanga Canyon Boulevard this morning, the California Highway Patrol reported.
The accident was reported by the CHP at 6:23 a.m.
By 7 a.m., fire officials had located the vehicle near the Church at Rocky Peak in Chatsworth.
Weather: Mostly sunny and breezy conditions with high temperatures in the 70s on the coast and into the upper 90s inland are expected today, the National Weather Service reported.
