Man arrested in assault on officer

More from Other NewsA Port Hueneme man was arrested this week after he allegedly attacked a police officer who responded to a report of an altercation at his house, authorities said.
Officers responded to his home on the 600 block of Island View Circle about 4:50 p.m. Wednesday after a report of an altercation between neighbors, said Cmdr. Ken Dobbe.
Anthony Williams, 51, allegedly swung a cane at a neighbor after starting an argument related to an American flag on the neighbor's property, Dobbe said. The neighbor responded by pushing Williams with a box he was holding and then calling police.
Williams called for paramedics.
While medical personnel were placing Williams on a gurney, he allegedly jumped up and grabbed an officer, Dobbe said. It took two other officers to subdue Williams.
Williams was transported to the Ventura County Medical Center then booked in the County Jail. He is facing charges of battering a police officer and resisting arrest.
He had been released from jail by Thursday afternoon.

Idiot. If he needed to be put on a gurney, he must have been injured, right? Low blood sugar diabetic, PTSD, head injury, drugs, alzeimer's; just a few of my guesses as to why this happened.

I have every right to post comments on here as you do! If you do not like my post Please do me a favor and pass over them. Yes I do post alot on most comments ........But that is my right. Funny thing is I have been on vacation for over two weeks and you still see me commenting everyday?Hmm
Keep your two cents about me to yourself. Cause they aren't worth two cents ! My garbage goes out of Mondays ! Thankyou !!!!!
