Morning Report: Sunny, warm weather expected

Weather: Mostly sunny conditions with high temperatures into the 70s on the coast and around 90 in valleys are expected today, the National Weather Service reported.

Forecasts show 15 mile per hour winds blowing through the county this afternoon.

Traffic: At 6:59 a.m., the California Highway Patrol was not reporting any traffic accidents or hazards on county roadways.

Police and Fire: Last night and this morning were quiet and routine, law enforcement and fire officials said.
