Affinity Bank promotes employees
Affinity Bank has promoted Ventura County residents Susan Ivers to senior vice president, general counsel, and Scott Thomas to first vice president, construction lending manager.
Ivers has been the bank's director of risk management, administering policy, procedures and regulatory compliance and overall risk matters since she joined the company in June 2001.
Thomas has served as a portfolio manager of the bank's construction lending department for two years.
OXNARD
GMAC Mortgage appoints loan officer
GMAC Mortgage LLC has hired Tony Campuzano as a new loan officer for its Oxnard location.
Campuzano's responsibilities will include interviewing and pre-qualifying prospective borrowers, educating the area's first-time home buyers on the home purchasing process and assisting local GMAC Mortgage customers with their home buying needs.
GMAC Mortgage offers programs for home buyers, including affordable housing loans, jumbo loans, and home equity credit lines and loans.
