With 2006 in the books and 2007 well on its way to being another outstanding year, Stan Weiner of Sotheby's International Realty / Hollywood Beach continues to establish impressive sales numbers throughout the Ventura County coastal region.
This was once again exemplified when Stan not only achieved the 2006 No. 1 top producer status for Sotheby's International Realty's Hollywood Beach office, but when he also established himself in the company's top 10 for sales throughout all of Ventura County.
"Over the years Stan has displayed an extraordinary keen sense of people's wants and needs," says Joan Young, VP Brokerage manager, Ventura County. "He is thoroughly service- oriented and has the highest integrity and professionalism. I am proud to call him a friend."
Year after year, Stan has provided exceptional service in the representation of some of Ventura County's most beautiful and desirable beach and marina properties. As a longtime resident of the area, he points out that the Hollywood Beach and Marina areas are some of the finest, and still the most affordable, waterfront property available along California's coastline.
"In addition to our beautiful surroundings, this area presents so many benefits," says Weiner. "We are within a short drive to Santa Barbara, Ojai, and Malibu. We also have a market here that still offers a lot of upside potential, with great values yet to be found."
Stan's real estate expertise is not limited to Hollywood Beach and the Marina. He works closely with buyers and sellers from Camarillo to Ventura. Stan also specializes in helping home buyers looking to relocate to Ventura County's magnificent coastal community.
Weiner can be reached at 984-8625 or send e-mail to stanthebeachman@yahoo.com.
