Would you love to tour a beautiful home, get a better understanding of today's market , question a top professional in their field, and get a quick entertaining tip from a trained chef neatly packaged in an hour presentation?
If so, you are invited to attend any of the summer / fall seminars presented by RE/MAX Gold Coast Realtors.
Realtor Chris Bentz and Realtor/Chef Gillian Bartley will be hosting these fun, informative classes at various Ventura homes that are currently for sale. Confused about the escrow process? Not sure what a title search involves? Wondering what the current market is doing and where it's going? Each seminar will bring a professional to the arena to help answer those questions.
And better yet — Chef Gillian Bartley, trained culinary chef from Ireland, will present a quick, easy, summer entertaining tip.
The first guest professional will feature Fred Evans, one of the top listing/selling agents in Ventura County and co-owner of RE/MAX Gold Coast Realtors. All seminars will be free but with limited space available. Information on upcoming guest professionals to follow.
