"Concert for Diana" at 8 a.m. on VH1 and 8 p.m. on NBC: Nearly 10 years after the death of Princess Diana, her sons, Princes William and Henry, are throwing a big musical bash to commemorate what would have been her 46th birthday. More than 60,000 fans are expected to jam London's Wembley Stadium for a six-hour extravaganza featuring Elton John, Nelly Furtado, Duran Duran, Rod Stewart, P. Diddy and Joss Stone. VH1 will air five hours of live coverage, beginning at 8 a.m., and Matt Lauer of "Today" will host an hour of taped highlights at 8 p.m. on NBC.

"The Loop" at 7:30, 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. on Fox: At 7:30, Crazy Goat — that's the individual's name — dies. At 8:30, Sam wears a fat suit. In the unrelated season finale at 9:30, Sam finds he must seek forgiveness.

"Shark" at 8 p.m. on CBS: A married socialite claims to have killed her lover in self-defense in this repeat.

"Desperate Housewives" at 9 p.m. on CBS: Susan and Ian go to the country for the weekend in this rerun.

"Friday Night Lights" at 9 p.m. on NBC: The Panthers prepare for another football game they can't afford to lose.

"Bridezillas" at 9 p.m. on WE: This time on the reality show, a New Jersey bride gets upset when her attendants wear the wrong nail polish. She's cool, though, with their ratty hair and popping their chewing gum during the ceremony.

"Brothers & Sisters" at 10 p.m. on ABC: Justin receives a disturbing letter that could dramatically change his future in part one of this two-part repeat.
