Crosspointe nearing the end of sales at Big Sky in Simi Valley

The last three homes at Crosspointe in the master-planned community of Big Sky are now selling, including the professionally decorated, fully furnished and upgraded models. As this popular neighborhood nears a builder close-out, purchase today, before it is simply too late.

Presented by master developer Shea Homes, honored in 2005 as one of America's Best Builders and now as 2007 Builder of the Year by Professional Builder magazine, Big Sky is the perfect opportunity for families whose vision for living is too big to be contained.

"From the beginning, Crosspointe has impressed homebuyers who demand financial value and elegant architecture," said Lori Symans, director of sales and marketing for Shea Homes. "The final homes include the Residence One and Residence Three models and a beautifully upgraded Residence One design. Families who prefer to move quickly can be accommodated; completion dates are slated for this spring and summer."

Two-level floor plans at Crosspointe range from approximately 2,050 to 2,452 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, two and one-half to three bathrooms, upstairs tech centers and a two-car garage with storage area. Prices start from the mid-$700,000s. Information, call (805) 526-2108.

At Crosspointe, Castlewood and Windstone, Shea Homes' Big Sky neighborhoods, surprisingly low monthly mortgage payments are available, as well as desirable standard amenities, including granite countertops. Visit Big Sky today and ask about Shea Homes Customer Choice, a menu of incentives available for a limited time. Homebuyers can use Customer Choice Incentives towards closing costs or a lower interest rate reducing the cost of your monthly mortgage payment; Shea Design Studio upgrades; a reduction on the price of your home; or assistance with selling your current home.

Castlewood offers the last opportunity to purchase a single-level home in the entire Big Sky Community, where only one home remains. The final single-level Residence One offers approximately 3,001 square feet with four bedrooms, three and one-half bathrooms, a three-car tandem garage, marble flooring and is located on a large pool-sized property. This home is priced from the low $1 millions. Information: (805) 583-9647.

Windstone presents the best value for luxury living in Simi Valley and boasts the community's largest new home designs. Floor plans range from approximately 4,026 to 4,385 square feet, including four to six bedrooms, four and one-half to five and one-half bathrooms, plus a three-car split or tandem garage. Prices start at $1 million. Information, call (805) 526-3010.

For buyers who want to build their dream home, Big Sky Estates offers an exquisite selection of panoramic view custom home sites. Priced from the low $500,000s, these one-half to 14-acre home sites are carefully placed throughout the community with approximately 12,000 to 55,000 square-foot graded pads. Information: (805) 584-2035.

The Bluffs by Standard Pacific Homes is selling its final phase. Located at the highest point of Big Sky, the neighborhood offers breathtaking vistas of open space and expansive home sites. Two-story designs range from approximately 3,625 to 3,965 square feet, with four to six bedrooms, three and one-half to four bathrooms and a two-plus-storage or full three-car garage. Guests should inquire about the "Home of the Week" when visiting the Sales Gallery. Prices are from the high $800,000s. Homebuyers also are encouraged to contact a Standard Pacific Mortgage Inc., representative for information on a variety of loan programs available. The final neighborhoods and Big Sky Estates have been carefully integrated into Big Sky's picturesque landscape, which is framed by spectacular ridgelines, natural valleys and the majestic silhouette of Whiteface Mountain, creating a rural setting that makes Big Sky unique among new home communities today. Hiking and biking trails and a public park with sports fields, basketball court and tot lot enhance residents' lifestyles. The convenient nearby Simi Valley Town Center also showcases a diversity of high-end retailers that include Apple Computer, Anthropologie, Bath & Body Works and favorite restaurants.

Big Sky is offering a 3-percent broker co-op. The broker and client must be present on the first visit, with no exceptions. Prices and product availability are subject to change. See a community representative for details.
