Highlights: Ventura — Megan Blankenburg scored on an assist by Hayley Wilson. Janelle Martinez scored the second goal.

Highlights: Buena — Tessa Callahan scored the Bulldogs' first two goals, both assisted by Shannon McFadden. McFadden later added another assist and a goal. Sidney Garza contributed a goal with an assist, while Jazz Strozier and Charlotte Ellberg added the other scores. Goalie Cate Giacopuzzirotz finished with seven saves in the shutout. Buena will face Louisville in the quarterfinals today at 12:30 p.m.

Highlights: Royal — Royal finished Day 1 of the tournament 4-0, defeating Littlerock 62-12, Apple Valley 48-21, Quartz Hill 46-21, and Barstow 42. It will compete in the championship pool today.
