Teacher accused of sex crimes

More from Other NewsA Goleta teacher who lives in Ventura was arrested this week on suspicion of committing lewd acts with an 11-year-old boy, authorities said.
Ventura police served a search warrant at Martin Corral's residence in Ventura and arrested him Thursday without incident, according to authorities. The arrest followed a month-long investigation, police Sgt. Jack Richards said.
The alleged abuse occurred when Corral brought a boy from the Santa Barbara area to his residence in Ventura, Richards said. Corral had allegedly befriended the boy's family and had its consent to bring the boy home, Richards said.
Corral, 36, is a teacher in the Goleta Union School District, and police also searched the school where he works. He was booked into Ventura County Jail and later released on $50,000 bail, authorities said.

bianchimedic, female teachers have been in the news plenty lately for sex crimes- don't trust anyone.

I just wonder what these parents who live in Santa Barbara were thinking letting thier 11 year old son go to a 36 year old mans house in Ventura? Isn't that a bit strange just thinking about that?

I speak from experience. Males befriending little boys, or young men, are perverts. It happens every time. These men are predators. They intelligently choose their prey and are extremely cunning; sometimes attractive. Parents - don't trust anyone. Become your child's role model.
