The company was established in the spring of 1987 when Kevin Tohill combined his background in construction with his education and passion for architecture. He started out by designing and drafting projects for friends and family while going through school.
He completed two Associate Degrees in Architecture and Construction Technology then completed his undergraduate studies at Woodbury University earning a Bachelor's Degree in architecture.
Tohill decided to continue his education by obtaining a master's degree in Construction Management from USC School of Engineering. Growing up in the family construction business, working hands-on for many years, as well as working under a structural engineer have enabled him to combine the structural, practical and design aspects into all of his work.
