"the two MEN"... more like the Two low lifes. and of course it takes these two so-called "men" to take down ONE person because they can't do it on their own. geez i hope they're found. stupidity is taking over alot lately. i hope the ice cream man recovers soon and hopefully he can give a good description of these idiots.

Too bad we can't make them sell ice cream as community service and see if they get the same treatment this victim did. haha

And yet they refuse to let us arm ourselves to prevent this type of thing. Disgusting.

But we ARE allowed to arm ourselves. I bet if I was being attacked, someone attempting to murder me in my ice cream truck....and I shot the fool...I would get a ticket. Perhaps it might even be overlooked, who knows. I was told personally by an Oxnard police officer (my house had been burglarized) to shoot first and ask questions later if it happened again, and before the cops get there make sure he has something threatening in his hands! ie--a big stick or metal pipe. He even said it would be one less thug off the streets. hehe, I liked that cop.

Apply for a carry permit and see how far you get.
Bob Brooks is not going to give them out to anyone except those he knows or those who his officers know.
