3 teens arrested in carjacking
Oxnard police this morning arrested three teenagers in connection with a pre-dawn carjacking.
The victim, an Oxnard man, called police at 2:35 a.m. to report that three boys with a knife had robbed him of a minivan, money, construction tools and cell phone on the 1200 block of Hacienda Drive, Oxnard police said in a statement.
Officers found the vehicle shortly afterward near the intersection of Gibraltar Street and Camino Del Sol. They found four people painting nearby walls with gang graffiti and taking property from the van, according to the statement.
Officers arrested three teenage boys at the scene.
The two 15-year-olds and one 17-year-old, all from Oxnard, were booked into Juvenile Hall, said Oxnard Police spokesman David Keith.
The teenagers could face charges of carjacking, possession of stolen property, vandalism, conspiracy and committing a crime to benefit a criminal street gang.

Lock them up and throw away the key. It's punks like this that need a rude awakening.

They shouldn't be up so late on a school night...that was a joke. Knives, car theft, graffitti, Gangs..these examples of their "enviroment" are looking at weeks behind bars.

Check their immigration status. If it is illegal, deport them as soon as they are ready to leave prison. Don't be a sanctuary county!
