Information Center for Meridian opens today at RiverPark

Homebuyers who desire a RiverPark lifestyle and the carefree ambiance of innovative town home designs should visit today, as Meridian opens its Information Center within this master-planned community. Presented by Shea Homes, honored in 2005 as one of America's Best Builders and now as 2007 Builder of the Year by Professional Builder magazine, Meridian is the third neighborhood by Shea Homes to debut amidst RiverPark.

"Today is the perfect event for homebuyers to preview Meridian and to get a firsthand look at architectural renderings, displays and amenities lists," said Lori Symans, Shea Homes' director of sales and marketing. "Judging from the extensive interest list surrounding this town home collection, we are anticipating a successful opening among homebuyers who want the most for their money and the rewards of a RiverPark address."

Meridian presents two-story town homes that range from approximately 1,301 to 1,980 square feet, with up to four bedrooms, two to three baths and a two-car garage.

Homebuyers who are eager to purchase now should visit the Market Street neighborhood and take advantage of Shea Homes' Customer Choice, a menu of incentives available for a limited time. Customer Choice Incentives make buying a brand new home easier than ever and can be used towards a lower interest rate reducing your monthly mortgage payments, closing costs, or Shea Design Studio upgrades. The choice is yours.

"Market Street offers the best value in the entire community; you get so much more per square footage. When it comes to pricing, quality appointments and the spacious size of these attached floor plans that boast up to about 2,631 square feet, Market Street outdoes the competition on every level. In fact, many of our early buyers are young professionals who were renting in Ventura, and instantly realized that this neighborhood is the chance of a lifetime for home ownership," Symans added.

Market Street is currently selling its Phase One homes, with move-in dates slated for late 2007. Open, light-filled town homes range from about 2,362 to 2,631 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, three and one-half baths, plus a two- to three-car tandem garage. Impressive amenities include 20-foot cathedral ceilings and extensive windows in the great room of the Plan Four, and a courtyard in the Plan Three. Prices start from the high $400,000s.

Market Street is offering a 3 percent Broker Co-Op. Broker and client must be present on first visit, no exceptions.

Affordable home ownership is now available at Shea Homes' Destination neighborhood, the perfect opportunity for first-time homebuyers who meet certain income requirements through the City of Oxnard Affordable Housing Program.

Destination is conveniently located within walking distance to RiverPark's Central Park, Town Center shopping and existing and upcoming schools. Beautifully appointed town home designs range from approximately 1,464 to 1,870 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, three to four bathrooms, an attached two-car garage plus a private patio or balcony.

The RiverPark community will highlight a well-rounded lifestyle for homebuyers who desire close proximity to numerous services and amenities. The master plan currently includes 880,000 square feet of retail space, a hotel and convention center; community service facilities will offer city and county fire stations. An extensive open-space system encompasses 14 parks, tot lots, jogging trails, pedestrian paths, shared-use playgrounds and water features. Future residents can take advantage of retail shops and restaurants and new state-of-the-art schools. There will be a total of two elementary schools and one intermediate school. One of the elementary schools is open.

Prices and product availability are subject to change. Please see a Community Representative for details.
