Lee & Associates inks deal for office space

Marc Spellman, Mark Leonard and Mike Tingus of Lee & Associates' Calabasas office represented Townsgate Road LLC in a 14,000-square-foot office lease transaction at 2475 Townsgate Road in Westlake Village.

The tenant, Yoga Works, was represented by Mike Berlin and Bill Wetherby of Wetherby Realty.

The value of the 10-year lease transaction is in excess of $3.7 million.

Lee & Associates is one of the nation's largest regional commercial real estate providers in the United States.

OXNARD/CAMARILLO

Firm maps out leases for industrial space

Grant Harris and John Ochoa, both principals of Lee & Associates' Oxnard office, have negotiated four industrial lease transactions in excess of $4.5 million.

A 41,000-square-foot industrial unit at 1401 Maulhardt Ave. in Oxnard was leased for five years for $1.45 million. The landlord, KAM Realty, and the tenant, Ed & Ted's Excellent Lighting, were represented by Harris and Ochoa.

Primal Essence Inc., represented by Harris and Ochoa, has leased a 12,000-square-foot industrial building at 2370 Santiago Court in Oxnard for five years, totaling $428,000.

The landlord, and private trust, was represented by Michael Walsh of GVA DAUM Worldwide.

Zinc Matrix Power signed a seven-year, $2.3 million lease at 4765 Calle Quetzal in Camarillo for a 43,000-square-foot industrial building. The landlord is a private family trust. Ochoa and Harris represented the landlord and tenant.

AVA Design has expanded its operations by signing a three-year lease for 9,610 square feet at 460 Calle San Pablo Unit B in Camarillo. Harris and Ochoa represented the landlord Commerce Center Associates and the tenant.

THOUSAND OAKS

Sage Publications signs five-year lease

Sage Publications Inc., an international publisher of journals and books, has signed a five-year lease for $4.1 million for a 77,172-square-foot industrial facility at 2590 Conejo Spectrum in Thousand Oaks.

John DeGrinis, senior vice president of Colliers International's Encino office, along with Patrick DuRoss, also of Colliers International, represented the landlord in the transaction, Western States Technologies. Tom Dwyer and Michael Slater of CB Richard Ellis represented Sage Publications.
