Ruth Truman
The author is a retired university administrator and the wife of a retired United Methodist pastor. While raising four children in Methodist parsonages with her clergy spouse, she also earned a master's degree in counseling from California State University, Los Angeles and a Ph.D. in education from the University of California, Los Angeles, receiving the latter at age 45. She is the author of "Underground Manual For Ministers' Wives and Other Bewildered Women," "How To Be A Liberated Christian," "Spaghetti From The Chandelier," and "Not Of This Fold," a newly released religious science fiction novel.
