Bryans lose first match since win at French Open

The transition from clay to grass wasn't a smooth one for Camarillo's Mike and Bob Bryan.

Five days after capturing their first Grand Slam title at the French Open, the third-seeded Bryans lost to Scott Humphries of the United States and Mark Merklein of the Bahamas 3-6, 7-5, 6-3 in the second round of men's doubles at the Queen's Club on Thursday.

The Bryans, ranked No. 1 in the world, received a first-round bye. Their next Grand Slam bid begins at Wimbledon on June 23.
