Mike Bryan, Raymond advance in mixed doubles
Camarillo's Mike Bryan and Pennsylvania's Lisa Raymond defeated Pavel
Vizner of the Czech Republic and Nicole Pratt of Australia 7-5, 7-5 in
the third round of mixed doubles at Wimbledon on Thursday.
Bryan and Raymond, the second seeds, will play No. 5 Leander Paes and Martina Navratilova in the quarterfinals.
Paes, who teammed with David Rikl to beat Mike and twin brother Bob in the men's doubles quarterfinals, was Raymond's mixed partner before she opted to play with Bryan at the 2001 Australian Open.
Navratilova is trying to equal the all-time record of 20 Wimbledon titles held by Billie Jean King since 1979.
