Welcome, Naval Base Ventura County

Have you noticed the latest community to be added to the YourNews family? Above, on the tabs along the YourNews line, you'll see Naval Base Ventura County on the far right. This is the place to post all things Navy.

Already we've had an "official" post about a U.S. Senate award going to one of the groups on base and we'd love to read more. But you don't have to be an official to post. Is a group you're involved with doing something neat? Post about it. Do you want to welcome a loved one's unit home? Post about it. We even want to hear about the sports tournaments and leagues on base. If it happens in Hueneme or Point Mugu -- or affects those bases -- this is the place to share it.
